The hotel's location by the river is the only thing going for it. Beyond that, the stay was unpleasant. The room was dirty with furniture knocked over, and we found a cat running around. The bed was comfortable, but the sheet had a dirty tissue nearby. We don't recommend the hotel and won't be coming back.

The spacious bar, dining room, and meeting room areas create a welcoming atmosphere to hold meetings or to socialize.

The hotel is poorly maintained, and the facilities are dated and old. The rooms require essential maintenance, such as holes in window screens and loose boards on steps and floors which are hazardous and unpleasant.

The hotel location was ideal for our Easter weekend, as we were able to enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby river. We also appreciated the spacious dining and meeting rooms, which were great for family gatherings. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, which offered us a good night's sleep throughout our stay.

I had a great stay at a hotel on the upper St John River. The location was meaningful to me because of my family's history in this area. The room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel staff was welcoming and pleasant.
